YOU ARE A QUEEN

Whose adorning let it not be that outward adorning of plaiting the hair,

and of wearing of gold, or of putting on of apparel;

But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible,

even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price.

Daughter of Zion, you are a Queen;

You are not an ordinary maiden;

You are no common female;

You are unique, you are special;

You are a rare breed;

You are a Queen;

Your rarity is not just a result of your feminity;

Your uniqueness is not defined by your sexuality;

You are royalty from above;

For you belong to a heavenly kingdom

and have been made to sit with Christ, 

far above principalities and powers;

Far above life’s circumstances and turmoils;

Far above the limitations of religion, culture, race or society;

You are not just another female living in a men’s world;

You are an extraordinary woman;

Having the God kind of life in you;

Having the Holy Ghost domiciled on your inside;

Exercising your dominion on earth;

Hallelujah!

You are a queen;

You are the most precious and delicate of God’s creation;

You were the missing perfection in creation;

On your arrival God looked at all he had created

and declared that it was very good;

As a Queen, you are exceptionally beautiful;

More beautiful than all the lilies of the valley;

More beautiful than a thousand morning glories;

Your beauty is not defined by your outward appearance alone;

Your beauty does not come cosmetic kits, piercings or tattoos;

Your true beauty emanates from within you;

For you have the life of God on the inside of you;

You are a Queen;

Your true worth is not defined by what you wear;

Your true value is not determined by the quality or

quantity of jewelry and fanciful apparels you have;

Your hanging mirror does not reflect your true beauty;

Your true beauty is in your maker and can be

beheld from his word, which is the true mirror of life;

You are a Queen;

Let no man belittle you;

Let no man define your self-worth;

Let the world not devalue you by

dictating to you what you must wear;

Do not let them de-esteem you by making you

dress almost naked in the name of fashion;

Daughter of God, climb above the status quo;

Shake off the dust from off you and loosen the chains that hold you down;

Keep your shoulders up and hold your head high;

Wear a self-confidence that comes from a knowledge of who you are;

You are a princess of the most- high God;

The daughter of the All-powerful and most

influential personality in the entire universe;

You are a Queen and you deserve a King;

You do not need a man who would abuse you;

You do not need a man who would trample

under foot God’s deposits on the inside of you;

A king deserves you;

One full of nobility who will treasure and value you;

One I whom your God given abilities will blossom;

One with whom you will fulfill God’s destiny for your lives;

Don’t be hasty- wait patiently on God to give you your own;

You deserve God’s best;
